Acquisition of a minority stake in Diot-Siaci by BPI France
In November 2021, Bpi france acquired a 10% stake of the new entity formed as a result of the merger between SIACI SAINT HONORE and the Diot Group, alongside other financial investors (OTPP, Cathay Capital, Mubadala and Ardian), the Burrus Group and the management.
